Blandy & Blandy has strengthened its Corporate & Commercial team, welcoming Corporate lawyer Peter Woolley back to the firm as a partner.
Peter re-joins Blandy & Blandy, which has offices in Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham, from boutique corporate and technology firm Moorcrofts, in Buckinghamshire, having previously spent over eight years at Blandy & Blandy.
With 25 years’ experience, Peter regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs/BIMBOs, group reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures, start-up capital and secondary fundraisings, venture capital and private equity investments, alternative investment market, employee benefits and share option schemes.
Peter acts for organisations of all shapes and sizes, ranging from corporations and UK subsidiaries through to major institutional investors and highly successful private companies, including family and owner-managed businesses.
He has considerable experience of advising on cross-border transactions, including US companies acquiring UK companies and businesses; and US investors investing in UK companies and businesses.
Peter has been recognised in both Chambers UK and The Legal 500.
