Shashi Sachdeva

Shashi Sachdeva is a consultant solicitor in our Family Law team and advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

She advises clients on a broad range of matters, including divorce/separation/annulments, financial arrangements, children matters, pre-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements and issues between unmarried couples.

Shashi is experienced in advising on more complex cases, including issues relating to trusts, inheritances and pre and post separation assets.

A committed member of Resolution, Shashi adopts a constructive and amicable approach where appropriate. She is open to all forms of process options to resolve matters in the most suitable way for her clients. Shashi is also a Resolution trained collaborative lawyer.

She joined Blandy & Blandy in 2016, having been a partner at two top 100 law firms and also worked as a consultant in London.

Shashi is recommended in The Legal 500.
