Peter Woolley is a partner in our Corporate & Commercial team and advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

With over 25 years’ experience, he advises companies on all aspects of Corporate Law, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs/BIMBOs, group reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures, start-up capital and secondary fundraisings, venture capital and private equity investments, alternative investment market, employee benefits and share option schemes.

Peter acts for organisations of all shapes and sizes, ranging from corporations and UK subsidiaries through to major institutional investors and highly successful private companies, including family and owner-managed businesses.

He has considerable experience of advising on cross-border transactions, including US companies acquiring UK companies and businesses; and US investors investing in UK companies and businesses.

Peter has been recognised in both Chambers UK Guide and The Legal 500.

He re-joined Blandy & Blandy in 2024, from a boutique corporate and technology law firm in Buckinghamshire, having previously spent over eight years at Blandy & Blandy.
