Harriet Parfitt is a solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team and a member of our Charities & Education team. She advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

Harriet primarily advises charities, schools and other third sector organisations in relation to charity law and regulatory matters. She is also equipped to advise across sectors on a range of commercial issues.

She joined Blandy & Blandy in 2024 from a national law firm in London, having also spent time earlier in her career on secondment within the public sector.
