Harriet Parfitt

Harriet Parfitt is a solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team and a member of our Charities & Education team. She advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

Harriet primarily advises charities, schools and other third sector organisations in relation to charity law and regulatory matters. She is also equipped to advise across sectors on a range of commercial issues. 

Harriet is a member of the Charity Law Association. Outside of work, Harriet is a trustee of a local refugee charity and a volunteer advisor with the Independent Provider of Special Education Advice.

She joined Blandy & Blandy in 2024 from a top 50 UK law firm in London, having also spent time earlier in her career on secondment in the public sector.
