Gemma Kemp is a partner in our leading Family Law team and primarily advises clients from our Wokingham office, as well as our Reading and Henley-on-Thames offices and remotely.

Gemma is a Resolution accredited specialist in the areas of complex finances and private children matters. She is a recommended lawyer and has prior to becoming a partner was recognised as a 'Rising Star' in The Legal 500.

Gemma has significant experience of acting in cases which involve narcissistic personalities and is able to apply her knowledge and understanding to provide strategic advice to her clients and offer then appropriate support.

Gemma has acted for a number of high profile clients, including those in the public eye and she is able to help put in place appropriate support for her clients, whether this be emotional support, financial or both.

A committed member of Family Law body Resolution, Gemma adopts a constructive and amicable approach where appropriate. She is open to all forms of process options to resolve matters in the most suitable way for her clients. Gemma is a regional Resolution committee member and organises events and training for Resolution members and she is dedicated to helping others in the profession, including as a trained Resolution mentor and a mentor for students.

In 2018 Blandy & Blandy was named as a finalist in the 'Family Law Firm of the Year - South' category at the Family Law Awards in London and in 2022 the firm was shortlisted and 'highly commended' in the same category.
