Charlotte Smith is a senior chartered legal executive in our leading Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.
She specialises in the preparation of Wills, estate and inheritance tax planning, probate and estate administration and drafting lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
Charlotte qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2019 and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx). She joined Blandy & Blandy in 2021, having previously worked at several established firms in London and the Thames Valley.
Charlotte is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a student member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) and treasurer of the Thames Valley STEP Committee.
